Terms of Service
These Terms outline the responsibilities between you and Abeduls so we can help you create digital time capsules that preserve memories for the future.

By accessing or using Abeduls services, you confirm that you accept these Terms of Service and agree to comply with them. If you use Abeduls on behalf of an organization or family group, you represent that you have the authority to bind them to this agreement.
You must provide accurate information and safeguard your login credentials. You are responsible for all activities under your account, including the content stored in your time capsules.
If you believe your account has been compromised, contact support@abeduls.com immediately so we can help secure your memories.
You retain all rights to the stories, photos, videos, audio, and other content you upload to Abeduls. We do not claim ownership over your creations.
By storing content on Abeduls, you grant us a limited license to host, process, and display it solely to operate the service, enable features like time or location-based unlocks, and facilitate collaboration among invited members.
You agree not to misuse Abeduls or assist others in doing so. This includes prohibitions on uploading unlawful content, interfering with our services, bypassing access controls, or reverse engineering security features.
We may temporarily suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated or if your use poses a risk to other members of the Abeduls community.
Paid subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled. Pricing, limits, and included features are described on the Abeduls pricing page. We will notify you of material changes at least 30 days in advance.
If payment cannot be processed, your account may be suspended until the balance is resolved. You can cancel at any time; your plan remains active through the end of the current billing cycle.
We aim to keep Abeduls available 24/7, with scheduled maintenance communicated in advance on our status page. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
We may modify features, discontinue certain services, or suspend access for security or operational reasons. If a feature is discontinued, we will provide reasonable notice and help you export your data.
Abeduls is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Abeduls and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Our total liability for any claim related to Abeduls will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes will be resolved in courts located in Toronto, Ontario, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email or highlight the update in the Abeduls app. Continuing to use Abeduls after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
