Data retention
We retain your content as long as your account is active so you can revisit memories whenever you choose.
- If you delete a capsule, we remove it from our active systems within 30 days unless you request faster removal.
- The timeframe for data removal may vary due to legal obligations, technical backups, or ongoing plans, but you can find our timeframes on the Data deletion page, or by contacting support at support@abeduls.com.
- Backups are automatically purged on a rolling basis and are accessed only for disaster recovery purposes.
- We keep limited records when required to comply with legal obligations or resolve disputes.
